To complete the refund, you must print your email confirmation and mail it along with your original receipt and a photo of the barcode from the packaging. Please see below the form for more details and to read the official policy.
OFFICAL POLICY: Herbal Brands, Inc. 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Herbal Brands, Inc. proudly stands behind our Herbal Clean, and other products (“Product(s)”) and quality controls. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to the original purchaser of our Products who purchased our Product from Herbal Brands or from one of our authorized sellers. After filling out the online form, you will receive an email with instructions on how to make a claim. You will be required to mail in the email, your proof of purchase (such as your original receipt), and the UPC barcode from the box or label of the Product (or you may be provided with alternative instructions related to the provision of proof of the barcode for certain products) to DoctorCare Plus, PO Box 1450, Tempe, AZ 85280. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing in the required Guarantee request information.
Any refund that is granted will be based on the purchase price on the receipt and may take 8-10 weeks to process, once received. Consumer pays all taxes, and any taxes paid will not be refunded. Herbal Brands reserves the right to verify information, require a proof of purchase, or deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the customer has abused the Guarantee. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Herbal Brands, Inc. 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
